Rates are Dropping !
Freddie Mac reports a decline in mortgage rates last week, with 30-year fixed rate falling to 6.68% down from 6.69%.
Interest on 15-year fixed loans, meanwhile, dropped to 6.32% from 6.37%
The five-year adjustable mortgage rate slipped to 6.29% from 6.30%, and the one-year ARM slid to 5.59% from 5.69%.
