Quality Service Certified

Recently I was awarded the Quality Service Certified® designation, which is the real estate industry standard of superior service for home buyers and sellers. This is a major step toward ensuring that my clients will consistently receive service that is reliable, accountable, responsive and exceptionally satisfying.Every home buyer and seller I work with receives a Quality Service Guarantee that spells out exactly what I will do for them. After the sale they have the opportunity to evaluate my service through a Quality Service Assurance Survey© conducted by an independent research firm.  The same firm compiles my survey results and then posts a customer satisfaction rating on a consumer website.

Buyers and sellers know exactly what service I will provide to them,

and know that I will be held accountable for the delivery of that service.
